2018 Annual Meeting Results

Below are the results of the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Homes Association of Cedar Hills. A quorum of 528 is required to conduct an annual meeting, a total of 777 votes (by proxy and ballot) were received.

Resolution Results Below:

Resolution #1:
To amend Article III(h)(1) to limit the parking of all-terrain vehicles to within fully enclosed structures.

Passed with 657 votes "For" and 104 votes "Against"

570.75 votes would be the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.

Director Results Below:
Director Pamela Fielder was re-elected with a total of 649 votes

Director Les Fisher was re-elected with a total of 591 votes

Bill Long was elected with a total of 397 votes

Rex Wheeler was elected with a total of 607 votes
