2012 Annual Meeting Results

Below are the results of the 66th Annual Meeting of the Homes Association of Cedar Hills. A quorum of 528 is required to conduct an annual meeting, a total of 852 votes (by proxy and ballot) were received. A resolution is passed when at least 75% of the vote cast is in favor.
Director Results Below:

Les Fisher was elected with a total of 554 votes

Carrie Kirschner was elected with a total of 624 votes

Rich Krueger was elected with a total of 516 votes

Jen Holloway Smith was elected with a total of 558 votes

James Crawford received a total of 412 votes

Resolution Results Below:

RESOLUTION #1:

To amend Article III (h) to restructure it to provide better clarity and to provide that the restrictions which currently apply to commercial vehicles also apply to governmental and institutional vehicles, but with an exception for police patrol cars in certain circumstances.

FAILED with 426 votes "For" and 415 votes "Against"

630 votes would be the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.

RESOLUTION #2:

To amend Article V (a) to add text prohibiting temporary structures of any kind without written approval from the Association.  

FAILED with 571 votes "For" and 267 votes "Against"

629 votes would be the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.

RESOLUTION #3:
To amend Exhibit C to add text changing the setback requirement for a 14 foot wide garage existing on Lot 1, Block 13, of Plat 3 from 25 feet to 20 feet.

PASSED with 748 votes "For" and 69 votes "Against"

613 votes, is the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.
