2016 Annual Meeting Results

Below are the results of the 70th Annual Meeting of the Homes Association of Cedar Hills. A quorum of 528 is required to conduct an annual meeting, a total of 752 votes (by proxy and ballot) were received.

Resolution Results Below:

Resolution #1:
To amend Article III (h)(3) to permit the parking of on a Lot of one vehicle designed, marked or used for commercial business purposes, subject to certain conditions and a written permit issued by the Association’s Board as more particularly described on Exhibit A distributed by the Board.

FAILED with 480 votes "For" and 264 votes "Against"

558 votes would be the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.

Resolution #2:
To amend Article VI to allow for the placement of ground level slabs and decks within the minimum setback from streets subject to approval in writing by the Association as more particularly described on Exhibit A distributed by the Board.

FAILED with 554 votes "For" and 185 votes "Against"

554.25 votes would be the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.

Dana Christner was elected with a total of 502 votes

Lynn Conti was elected with a total of 505 votes

Director Pamela Fielder was re-elected with a total of 554 votes

Director Les Fisher was re-elected with a total of 506 votes
