Vehicle-Related Permit Request Form
This form is for residents requesting permission for the following items:
RV, trailer, and boat parking
Parking for less than 24 hours does not require a written permit. Please call or email the office and give the date and time of when the vehicle will be at the property.
Government or non-profit organization vehicle parking
If you prefer to complete your permit on paper, hard copies of these permits can be found here. Please note, a neighbor notification form is also required. All forms can be submitted via email, fax, or USPS. Any applicable policies can be found here.
This application must be completed in its entirety. Any incomplete or incorrect portions or failure to give an adequate explanation of why parking (of the restricted vehicle) is necessary at the designated lot could constitute grounds for denial of the application. The office reserves the right to request additional information (including, but not limited to photos) on a case by case basis and failure to provide any requested documentation will result in delay or denial of your application.
Once your permit has been approved we will let you know by email or phone. The final paperwork will come to you in the mail.
