Online Permit Application
This application must be completed in its entirety. Misrepresentation of your request or any work that does not follow the policies (found here) can be subject to change, removal at the owner’s expense or could incur violation fines. The office reserves the right to request additional information on a case by case basis and failure to provide any requested documentation will result in delay or denial of your application. Once your permit has been approved the final paperwork will come to you by email or by mail.

DO NOT USE WEBCOMMITTEE EMAIL ADDRESS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE OFFICE AS IT IS NOT MONITORED.
Send, in a separate email to: office@cedarhillshoa.org with attachments such as paint colors, site drawings, photos, plans etc. Paint color names, numbers or links to paint colors are not acceptable UNLESS they are accompanied by an attachment of the actual paint color.
A site drawing shows the entire property, house, existing accessory buildings, driveway and streets. Please see site drawing example to help guide you.
A site drawing also needs to include all applicable dimensions including the distance to the property lines.
Don’t forget to check the box regarding neighbor acknowledgements.
Click SEND right after the signature and date line. There is no need to print the form unless you would like a copy for your self, the form is transmitted to us.
