High Street Residential/Trammell Crow Company, who is considering a 401-unit multi-family housing development at the current location of Cedar Hills Shopping Center, 10180 SW Park Way. This site is currently zoned SC-MU Station Community - Multiple Use.
Also planning to remove the “Cedar Hills” sign.
Prior to preparing specific engineering and site plans and making application to the City of Beaverton for necessary review and approvals, we would like to discuss the proposal in more detail with the members of the Neighborhood Association and surrounding property owners and residents.
