Ready, set, launch!

Our new website is now LIVE! Welcome! Special thanks to our Technology and Communications Committee - headed by homeowners Kirk Jones and Tarra Castillo - who put in countless volunteer hours updating HACH’s website to give it a sleek, modern look and a refresh on content organization to help you find your way around more easily. This new site is also fully operational on any device so if you are viewing from a smartphone or tablet, you’ll probably be especially thrilled with the changes!

If you were a frequent visitor of the past site, you may notice things have moved around a little bit. Most of these changes came from our desire to create a more simple, intuitive experience for users. So have no fear! Below you will find a slideshow to help orient you to the new site, but we are confident you will get the swing of it in no time and, in turn, really appreciate this update!

Announcements, important news, and upcoming events all used to be in this right side navigation which was tricky to use at times, especially on handheld devices.

Now the most important announcements can be found toward the top of the homepage under the main site navigation.

To reduce the number of links in the main navigation, some were grouped under more encompassing titles as you see here with “HACH Info.”

On the “old” site, clicking on main navigation headings would sometimes bring you to a page where you would find additional, somewhat hidden, links to content. We eliminated that that as you will find here with the “Policies & Permits” tab.

Condensing the main site navigation brought with it the new category of “Member Resources” where you will find the links most often sought by members visiting the site, notably the “Payments” page.
