Below is the results of the 61 Annual Meeting of the Homes Association of Cedar Hills. A quorum of 528 is required to conduct an annual meeting, a total of 590 votes ( by proxy and ballot) were received. A resolution is passed when at least 75% of the vote received is in favor. 2007 Annual Meeting Results   Director results below: Director Mark Swan was re-elected with a total of 432 votes Director Darril Smith was re-elected with a total of 405 votes Director Steve Lyon was re-elected with a total of 367 votes Matt Arbaugh received 278 votes Ryan Corbridge received 221 votes     Resolution Results Below: RESOLUTION #1: To amend Article III (h) to reorganize the paragraph to make it more easily readable and to add tractors and riding lawnmowers to those items which must be parked or stored completely within a fully-enclosed structure. The Board recommends a vote "FOR" this resolution for the reasons set forth in Exhibit B. Resolution #1: PASSED with 483 (85%) votes "For" and 85 votes "Against" RESOLUTION #2: To amend Article IV (a) by deleting subparagraph (4) which allowed structures used in the operation of a nursery business to be constructed on Lot 29, Block 17, Cedar Hills.
