VEHICLE SIZE LIMITATION.  Vehicles over 1 ton will not be accepted.  Unloading these larger sized vehicles unduly delays the lines, and is not fair that a few inconvenience the majority. ALL RECYCLING including branches must not exceed 4 feet length and must be bundles with natural bindings such as hemp. $20 FEE FOR UNBUNDLED or loosely bundled debris   Oregon E-Cycles is FREE!  Anyone can bring seven or fewer computers (desktops and laptops), monitors and TVs at a time to participating Oregon E-Cycles collection sites for free recycling. Please note that computer peripherals (keyboards, mice, etc.) and other types of electronics are not included in this program. Oregon E-Cycles is EASY! Oregon E-Cycles collection sites are located statewide and operate year-round. All computers, monitors and TVs - regardless of brand, age or condition - are accepted for free recycling.
